BJ Sports offers no guarantees
or warrantees about any of the items sold from our Consignment Lot.
All consignment items are sold 'AS IS'.
VEHICLES
We offer outdoors Consignment Lot services to those requiring a high-traffic
location to help sell their boats, campers, RVs, ATVs, PWCs,
snowmobiles and other
outdoor-related equipment.
We will charge a small monthly
fee ($20 per month) to have your item in our lot. Upon sale of
your item, we will collect a commission equal to 10% of the final sale
price.

SMALLER ITEMS
We also make smaller items
(guns, rods, reels, etc.) available on a consignment basis. While
these items don't always sell quickly, we've been able to sell most of
what has come in. A few items have had to be picked up by the
seller, but most sell eventually.
Smaller items are displayed
inside the store. We get a flat 20% commission on these items.
